Refunds
Refunds are available for software purchases under the condition that the software license has not been registered. If you have purchased a QUBYX software product but have not registered the license, you are eligible to request a full refund.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide proof of purchase and ensure that the software license remains unregistered. Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details. Once verified, we will process your refund promptly.

License Reset Policy
Recognizing that technical issues may arise, QUBYX provides a license reset service under the following conditions:

Time Frame
License numbers can be reset within the first two years following the original purchase date.

Limit
Each license number is eligible for a maximum of two resets within this two-year period.

Request
To request a license reset, please contact our support team with your license details and the reason for the reset. Our team will guide you through the process.
