Is this subscription or one-time?

Software and hardware products shown here use their WooCommerce product and pricing data. Perpetual software, bundle, custom, and annual plans are shown according to the product family configuration.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Upgrade paths and packs are represented as product-family tiers; if a tier is marked Custom or On request, contact sales so we can scope the right configuration.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. QUBYX offers significant discounts for volume purchases — contact us for a quote.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), and purchase orders for enterprise customers. Procurement & GSA channels are supported.

What is your return policy?

Hardware: 30-day money-back. Software: 14-day return if there are technical issues that cannot be resolved by support. Enterprise contracts include MSA-defined terms.

How long are licenses valid?

Software licenses are perpetual. Updates are included for 1 year and continue to work after that; new updates require an upgrade purchase. SaaS plans are valid for the billed period.
