DICOM garantit la r\u00e9glementation standardis\u00e9e des perspectives de couleur pour l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale pour la GSDF (Grayscale Standard Display Function) conform\u00e9ment aux directives r\u00e9centes de la NEMA afin d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats de diagnostic meilleurs et corrects. La National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) et l\u2019American College of Radiology (ACR), en collaboration conjointe, ont \u00e9tabli des lignes directrices pour la norme mondiale des pratiques d\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale pour l\u2019\u00e9talonnage des niveaux de gris. DICOM vise \u00e0 garantir la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 la norme DICOM GSDF (Grayscale Standard Display Function). En termes simples, elle d\u00e9finit le processus par lequel les images en niveaux de gris doivent \u00eatre produites et mises en avant sur les \u00e9crans m\u00e9dicaux.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DICOM partage les directives pour la manipulation, le stockage, le partage et l\u2019impression de l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale. Le logiciel d\u2019\u00e9talonnage DICOM permet de lire des images num\u00e9riques provenant d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de modalit\u00e9s, notamment l\u2019\u00e9chographie, les scanners, les IRM, les radiographies et les mammographies, parmi de nombreux autres formats d\u2019images complexes similaires. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Comprendre DICOM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour comprendre l\u2019importance du DICOM, il faut revenir aux anciens \u00e9crans d\u2019image en niveaux de gris traditionnels et \u00e0 ses inconv\u00e9nients. De plus, il offre une port\u00e9e d\u2019acc\u00e8s mondiale avec la capacit\u00e9 multi-postes de travail.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Domaine d\u2019application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9prouv\u00e9e de la norme DICOM, la calibration DICOM s\u2019est impos\u00e9e comme le leader mondial pour d\u00e9finir la norme de gestion d\u2019images dans le secteur m\u00e9dical.
