Les radiologues travaillent de plus en plus \u00e0 distance, les cliniciens comptent sur la t\u00e9l\u00e9radiologie pour des d\u00e9cisions rapides, et les h\u00f4pitaux s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que des images de qualit\u00e9 diagnostique soient disponibles <em data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1001\">\u00e0 tout moment et en tout lieu<\/em>. Naturellement, les ordinateurs portables et les postes de travail portables deviennent une partie courante des flux de travail en radiologie.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1100\" data-end=\"1138\">Mais voici la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 inconfortable :<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1224\"><strong data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1224\">La plupart des \u00e9crans d\u2019ordinateur portable \u00e9chouent \u00e0 l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale \u2014 et beaucoup de radiologues ne le savent m\u00eame pas.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1571\">Les normes d\u2019imagerie diagnostique telles que <strong data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1285\">DICOM Part 14 GSDF<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1306\">AAPM TG18\/TG270<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1324\">DIN 6868-157<\/strong> et <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1345\">IEC 62563-1<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9es en pensant aux moniteurs m\u00e9dicaux de haute qualit\u00e9. Les ordinateurs portables n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences. Pourtant, la radiologie mobile et le reporting \u00e0 distance continuent de cro\u00eetre, cr\u00e9ant un foss\u00e9 critique en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1817\">Cet article explique <strong data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1639\">pourquoi les ordinateurs portables \u00e9chouent syst\u00e9matiquement \u00e0 l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1678\">comment cela influence les d\u00e9cisions cliniques<\/strong>, et <strong data-start=\"1684\" data-end=\"1817\">pourquoi PerfectLum est devenu la solution de confiance pour calibrer les ordinateurs portables et faire respecter la conformit\u00e9 aux GSDF \u2014 m\u00eame dans des environnements mobiles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1876\"><strong data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1876\">1. La QA m\u00e9dicale exige un contr\u00f4le strict de la luminance, des niveaux de gris, du contraste, de l\u2019uniformit\u00e9 et de la stabilit\u00e9. Les ordinateurs portables \u00e9chouent dans presque toutes les cat\u00e9gories.  <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2176\"><strong data-start=\"2145\" data-end=\"2176\">1. Faible stabilit\u00e9 de la luminance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2249\">Les moniteurs m\u00e9dicaux maintiennent une luminosit\u00e9 stable au fil du temps.<br data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2234\">Les ordinateurs portables ne le font pas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2470\">Leurs r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairages s\u2019att\u00e9nuent progressivement, fluctuent avec la temp\u00e9rature et se d\u00e9gradent rapidement. M\u00eame une petite chute de luminance peut rendre les pathologies subtiles \u2014 microcalcifications, fractures l\u00e9g\u00e8res, l\u00e9sions pr\u00e9coces \u2014 beaucoup plus difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter. <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2505\"><strong data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2505\">2. Pas de support natif GSDF<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2629\">DICOM GSDF (Grayscale Standard Display Function) garantit que les pas en niveaux de gris paraissent perceptuellement uniformes \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il humain.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2631\" data-end=\"2737\">Les ordinateurs portables sont con\u00e7us pour les espaces <strong data-start=\"2653\" data-end=\"2661\">colorim\u00e9triques sRGB,<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2673\">DCI-P3<\/strong> ou <strong data-start=\"2678\" data-end=\"2689\">Rec.709<\/strong> \u2014 et non pour les GSDF.<br data-start=\"2712\" data-end=\"2715\">Ce d\u00e9calage cr\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2836\">\n<li data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2772\">\n<p data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2772\">Rendu incorrect en niveaux de gris<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2773\" data-end=\"2806\">\n<p data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2806\">Perception du contraste d\u00e9form\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2836\">\n<p data-start=\"2809\" data-end=\"2836\">Perte de d\u00e9tails diagnostiques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2958\">Sans la conformit\u00e9 au GSDF, les radiologues ne peuvent tout simplement pas se fier \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 en niveaux de gris requise pour l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation clinique.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2960\" data-end=\"2994\"><strong data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"2994\">3. Plage de luminance limit\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2995\" data-end=\"3018\">Les moniteurs m\u00e9dicaux atteignent :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3145\">\n<li data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3059\">\n<p data-start=\"3022\" data-end=\"3059\"><strong data-start=\"3022\" data-end=\"3042\">400\u20131 000+ cd\/m\u00b2<\/strong> luminance maximale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3107\">\n<p data-start=\"3062\" data-end=\"3107\">Taux de contraste \u00e9lev\u00e9s adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la radiologie<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3108\" data-end=\"3145\">\n<p data-start=\"3110\" data-end=\"3145\">R\u00e9ponse constante \u00e0 faible luminance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3147\" data-end=\"3312\">Les ordinateurs portables atteignent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un pic de <strong data-start=\"3173\" data-end=\"3190\">250\u2013350 cd\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, avec un contr\u00f4le faible dans les zones les plus sombres.<br data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3236\">Cela affecte directement la d\u00e9tectabilit\u00e9 des caract\u00e9ristiques anatomiques \u00e0 faible contraste.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3314\" data-end=\"3355\"><strong data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3355\">4. Panneaux non uniformes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3669\" data-end=\"3696\">Les \u00e9crans d\u2019ordinateurs portables souffrent de :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3779\">\n<li data-start=\"3698\" data-end=\"3720\">\n<p data-start=\"3700\" data-end=\"3720\">H\u00e9morragie de contre-lumi\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3721\" data-end=\"3741\">\n<p data-start=\"3723\" data-end=\"3741\">Luminance in\u00e9gale<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3742\" data-end=\"3779\">\n<p data-start=\"3744\" data-end=\"3779\">Chutes de couleur\/luminosit\u00e9 pr\u00e8s des bords<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3781\" data-end=\"3939\">Les \u00e9crans m\u00e9dicaux subissent une correction d\u2019uniformit\u00e9 ; Les ordinateurs portables ne le font pas.<br data-start=\"3844\" data-end=\"3847\">Le r\u00e9sultat est une incoh\u00e9rence spatiale \u2014 une raison majeure pour laquelle les ordinateurs portables \u00e9chouent \u00e0 chaque fois aux tests m\u00e9dicaux QA.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3941\" data-end=\"3984\"><strong data-start=\"3945\" data-end=\"3984\">6.
